Mission
To assist government, civic, public and private entities committed to identifying and acting on
economic development, affordable housing, sustainability and resilience, education,

workforce development and job creation opportunities for Carroll County.

We encourage responsible, unified and diversified economic development strategies that result
in increased tax base, job creation, business retention and expansion, population growth, youth
opportunities, increased educational, trade, technology and adult training opportunities and
growth in tourism as an economic development driver.
